So, who really made Sheila dance?

Choreographer-turned-director Farah Khan is finally admitting to her assistant Geeta Kapur choreographing a large part of Sheila ki Jawani, the item song from her latest release, Tees Maar Khan. Even as Khan begins to bag nominations for the song at upcoming ward functions, she has admitted to Kapur's contribution.

It is believed that a number  of great compositions, including S D Burman, had a sizeable contribution by his one-time assistant Jaidev. Farah Khan was  assistant to Saroj Khan, and Saroj Khan trained under late choreographer P Sohanlal.

It was done but rarely discussed...until now, when for the first time, Khan has admitted to Kapur playing a part in the making of Katrina Kaif's sizzling item number.

"Geeta assists me on almost all my songs. But she had a bigger hand in Sheila's steps. So I have given her the title of Associate Choreographer. High time. Geeta has been assisting me for 18 years."

Khan says she will have Kapur accompany her on stage if Sheila ki Jawani wins the popular awards.
